Last updated 1 September 2026. In short: we collect only what you type into the pre-order form, we use it only to contact you about OroLiv, and we do not sell it.
Who we are
This website is operated by OroLiv Nutrition LLC, San Diego, California, United States. You can reach us through our contact form.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us. That means the fields you fill in on the pre-order form: your first and last name, email address, the quantity you are interested in, and — if you choose to provide them — a phone number and a message.
We do not ask for and do not collect payment details, government identification numbers or health information anywhere on this site.
How the form works
The forms on this site — the pre-order form and the contact form — are delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form-forwarding service. When you submit a form, FormSubmit processes your entries and emails them to us. Your submission is therefore also subject to FormSubmit's own privacy practices. We receive the result as an ordinary email.
We do not publish an email address on this website. That is deliberate: published addresses are harvested by automated scrapers and resold to spammers. The forms reach the same inbox.
How we use your information
- To reply to your message or question.
- To tell you when OroLiv is available, and at what price.
- To estimate how many bars to produce in the first run.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except the form service described above and, where we are legally required to, the authorities.
How long we keep it
We keep pre-order enquiries for as long as the pre-order list is active, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time through our contact form, and we will do so.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see what information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to our use of it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; residents of the EU and UK have them under the GDPR. To exercise any of them, email us — there is no form to fill in and no charge.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
